It must have been on specific items because I did this deal twice at Smith's and only got a $10 off a $25 purchase at Fashion Bug for my Catalina Coupon. However, I was buying mostly Life cereal with some oatmeal.
I think the Digital Rewards Choice promo only worked on the regular Quaker instant oatmeal so if you factored some cereal into your 10 items it wouldn't have worked.
